Subscribers are liable for the consequences of their activities and/or their breach of this Agreement notwithstanding termination of services. Each User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any User login user name and password (or other identifying information). Each User shall notify Nylons4K.com, Humiliation4K.com, Ashley4K.com &/or subsidiary websites of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of User?s account, Site login user name and/or password or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of User?s password or credit card information.

Each User is responsible for all usage or activity on User's account the site. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of User's account at Nylons4K.com, Humiliation4K.com, Ashley4K.com &/or subsidiary websites at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
